Bec grew up dancing, singing and acting at Brent Street and has now finished her Certificate IV in Performing Arts (2010) and is a popular hip hop teacher.
A teacher at Brent Street for the past 18 years, Cameron is currently one of Australia’s most respected and versatile choreographers.
Carmel is a dynamic performer and a wonderful singing teacher who has been a part of the Brent Street teaching faculity for 5 years.
Darren has worked on many projects, both in Australia and internationally, performing in 42nd Street, Me and My Girl and Dein Perry’s original Tap Dogs on their world tour.
A graduate of UNE-NR, Darren has over 20 years’ professional performing experience as a singer, actor and musician.
Darren began dancing at the age of seven as a competitive ballroom dancer and went on to dance for the Australian Ballet Company and Sydney Dance Company.
Having completed his Brent Street Fulltime Certificate IV Course in 2011, Jake's been directing performances for many competitions and corporate events as well as performing.
Assistant choreographer/dancer in the exclusive dance company of acclaimed US choreographer MIA MICHAELS, Jason Winters is now leading the way in contemporary dance in Australia.
Lucas is a professional dancer and choreographer from Sydney who has done extensive work in musical theatre, TV and children’s entertainment as well as commercial
Trained at Rambert Ballet School London, with 10 years international professional performance experience in a variety of genres including classical, contemporary, musical theatre, national and jazz.
Marko is a Brent Street trained professional dancer and choroegrapaher who choreographed the hit film clip for DJ Havana Brown “We Run The Night” following this he created her support act show for the Chris Brown “Fame Tour” 2011 & Enrique Iglesias + Pitbull “Euphoria” Tour 2011.
Nadia Klucznik is an experienced dance teacher specialising in young children. She has had extensive experience working at many of Sydney's leading dance studios as well as conducting specialist classes for school children.
Nigel is a graduate of Brent Street's Certificate IV in Performing Arts and the National Institute of Dramatic Arts (NIDA) three year acting degree.
From 2001, Patric Kuo began dancing at Brent Street Studios, studying ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary, acrobatics, singing and musical theatre. He started hip hop in 2007 and between 2007 and 2009 performed with Urban Dance Project, J-Town and Nufirm before forming his own crew, Too Much Bun in 2009.
Rani’s professional career began with the Kiel Ballet Company, Germany, in 1995 where she danced the roles of Juliet in “Romeo and Juliet” and Odile in “Swan Lake”.
Ruby has trained with Australia's most prestigious Choreographers for the past 12 years. Starting her career at Brent street's Talent development high school at age 15. Working for Kelley Abbey, Matt Lee, Jacqui Howard, Cameron Mitchell and many up and coming talents.
Russell started his formal training in performing arts at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Art and completed a Bachelor of Dramatic Art at NIDA in 2002.
Originally from the Central Coast, Ryan’s career has taken him all over the world. He completed his dance training at Brent Street Studio’s full time performing arts course in 2003. In the United States Ryan was a part of the creation team on the motion picture RENT (Sony Pictures) and whilst overseas he toured Europe as A-Rab in West Side Story (Sun Dance Productions) with original choreography reproduced by Joey McKneely.
Stephen was born in Sydney and has been extensively trained in all styles of dance as well as singing and acting. Stephen was part of an 18 month Asian tour of 'Cats' The musical playing the role of 'Tumblebrutus' and understudy to 'Mungojerry'. He was selected to be a part of the Top 20 in the 2009 season of the hit TV show 'So You Think You Can Dance' where he gained notoriety for his unusual dance style. His credits also include dancing for artists such as 'The Presets' and 'Sam Sparro' as well as numerous appearances in the commercial world of dance.
Tiana has been performing since the age of three, and has appeared in shows such as Home and Away, Water Rats, Big Sky and Saturday Disney.
Virginia Guy is the Head of Ballet at Brent Street. She received her training at the Tessa Maunder School of Ballet, completing all RAD Grade and Vocational Examinations. She was a finalist for 3 consecutive years in Peter Stuyvesant (now the MacDonald Challenge). Using the prize money received and the scholarship awarded from the school she ventured overseas to Cannes France to professionally study at Rosella Hightower Centre De Danse.

I want to take this opportunity to thank Brent Street for nurturing Tanika’s talent as a Performer over the last few years. I truly believe sending Tanika to Brent Street to train was the best decision we ever made. The performing opportunities she’s received in particular during her full time performing arts course has been fantastic and not to mention the friendship she’s made with both teachers and students. All the staff at Brent Street has been wonderful.
Just a quick update on Tanika – she’s now officially performing live shows as Mel’s Dinettes with Universal Studio Singapore and is enjoying her stint there. She also met ex Brent Streeters who are also performing at USS which is great. - Jen
