CSTD Jason Winters Contemporary Technique
Brent Street is offering the most comprehensive and unique Contemporary Technique classes in all of all Australia. Headed exclusively by Jason Winters, one of only a few dancers to ever have performed in Mia Michaels Contemporary Dance Company RAW, and then as her assistant/associate choreographer on numerous global projects. Now through the prestigious CSTD (Commonwealth Society of Teachers Dancing) students at Brent Street can train from the Foundation Level-Level 5 of the Jason Winters Contemporary Technique.
Classes are 1 1/2 hours in length and develop dancers technique and style through individual guidance from Jason Winters and his specially selected teachers. All teachers are trained by Jason Winters and follow his warm up and transition methods.
Members must attend a minimum of 10 classes per week (Diamond membership) to take part in the CSTD classes which will culminate in an examination when the student has mastered the applicable level.
The levels are:
- Foundation
- Level 1
- Level 2
- Level 3
- Level 4
- Level 5
Stage 6 is a fulltime course exclusively available at Brent Street by audition only.
