Brent Street began 20 years ago in 'Brent Street' Drummoyne, Sydney. It was founded by 3 sisters who all had resounding successes in the entertainment industries. As students flocked to their school, Eisteddfod awards began to roll in, TV appearances became common place and word spread.
Industry peers, professional teachers and working producers all began noticing the talent being cultivated in the studios. Graduates have been in high demand consistently for 2 decades.
WHAT WE STAND FOR.
Brent Street is far more than a performing arts school. It is the energy centre of a much larger organisation, specialising in various facets of the entertainment industry. Students from an early age mix and mingle with professional performers. They watch actual rehearsals and are exposed to the real industry. This is unique and part of the culture that produces high caliber graduates year after year.

Brent Street's staff, teachers and general supporters hold the wellbeing and healthy development of students as the most important aspect of the entire operation. Self expression, physical activity and peer group interaction are the benefits of attending classes and most kids flourish. In the end, seeing children advance as humans is far more important than winning awards and appearing on TV. It's all about balance.
